Role Overview:
As a Solutions and Engagement Manager at AlohaABA, you will wear many hats, learn continually, teach responsibly, and make waves across the organization. You will balance delivering consultative software demos that clearly connect client challenges to AlohaABA’s value, leading webinars, engaging current customers, and being a voice across the ABA community. Success in this role requires strong organization, relationship-building skills, and a customer-first mindset, as you put your spin on a one-of-a-kind role that heavily impacts both Aloha and the ABA community at large.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the Demo process and roadmap discussions to our largest prospects
- Be a voice for Aloha across ABA mediums
- Build and engage a strong customer and community network, ensuring consistent two-way feedback between the market and Aloha
- Work with our CSMs to ensure the feedback loop from existing customers is maintained properly
- Work with our Ambassador customer group as the face of Aloha
- Represent Aloha at industry conferences, including speaking opportunities
- Host and/or attend Aloha and Partner Podcasts
- Support and influence enterprise deal strategy and close cycles
- Partner with AEs on complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Be a loud, unceasing voice internally for what is best for our customers and the ABA community
- Improve enterprise win rates and demo-to-close conversion
- Strengthen Aloha’s market presence and brand credibility
- Ensure the voice of the customer directly informs product and GTM strategy
What this role is not:

- SaaS sales experience (healthcare or ABA preferred)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deals

- Utilization of multiple tools across the ABA landscape
- No fear of presentation and being in front of large audiences
- Not afraid to wear multiple hats
- Operates effectively with a high degree of autonomy
