Our Customer Success team is growing, and this is your opportunity to make a real impact at a fast-growing startup shaping the future of practice management software.

We’re especially excited to welcome a CSM with experience in OT, PT, or ST to help us expand our platform to better support multidisciplinary practices. Your insight and expertise will directly shape the way we build and improve our product.

As a CSM, you’ll work face-to-face with our founders, product team, and managers across the company to support our customers. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, leading training, handling support tickets, reporting bugs, and guiding clinics to full adoption of our platform. The customer’s voice will be in your hands.

This role reports directly to the CSM Lead. We are a small and fast-moving team, so your responsibilities will evolve quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trust and create meaningful relationships with key stakeholders while onboarding new customers.
  • Manage our help desk and support tickets.
  • Become a product expert and “guru” of AlohaABA.
  • Create and update our Help Center and training resources.
  • Test and report bugs, collaborating closely with the product team.
  • Provide product feedback and identify improvements to support ABA, OT, PT, and ST providers.
  • Advocate for our customers’ needs, staying informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market activity.

What You Bring:

  • Required: At least 2 years of Customer Success experience in SaaS.
  • Required: Experience in a customer-facing role (you genuinely love talking to people).
  • Required: At least 1 year of experience working in SaaS.
  • Experience as an OT, PT, ST, or in a multidisciplinary clinic setting is highly preferred.
  • Having ABA industry experience (BCBA/RBT) is a HUGE plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRMs, support tools, and communication platforms.
  • Passion for helping others succeed, with strong empathy and relationship-building skills.
  • Excitement to contribute ideas and take on challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.
