About Aloha Practice Management
Aloha Practice Management (AlohaABA) is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the ABA space. We deliver modern Practice Management, Data Collection, RCM, and AI-powered solutions that help ABA organizations streamline operations, improve cash flow, and deliver better care. With 900+organizations using AlohaABA and rapid growth driven by word-of-mouth, content and education are at the heart of how we support the ABA community.
As we expand, we are looking for a Community & Content Lead who can elevate Aloha’s brand voice, drive educational engagement, run high-impact webinars/CEUs, and build meaningful relationships with providers across the ABA industry.
The Role
The Community& Content Lead is the face and voice of Aloha’s educational content—planning and hosting webinars/CEUs, conducting video interviews with BCBAs and practice leaders, and turning those sessions into high-quality content across social, email, and our website. This is a hands-on role for a former BCBA (or deeply ABA-fluent professional) who loves teaching, storytelling, and building community. Ideal candidates will be energetic, warm, and community-oriented—able to create an inviting learning environment and represent AlohaABA professionally. You’ll partner with internal experts across Customer Success, RCM, and Product, and own the content execution end-to-end with the goal of educating, engaging, and building trust in the ABA community.
Key Responsibilities
Webinars, CEUs, and Live Education
- Plan, schedule, and run monthly/bi-monthly webinars focused on real-world ABA operations and clinical workflows (billing, audits, scheduling, caregiver engagement, documentation, leadership, ethics, etc.).
- Own webinar and CEU webinar operations end-to-end (speaker coordination, CEU approvals, registration, attendance tracking, certificates).
- Partner with internal subject-matter experts (RCM, Product, AI, Clinical Ops) to deliver high-value sessions.
- Participate in live panel discussions at industry events as requested
Content Creation
- Write and publish weekly/monthly blogs on ABA best practices, billing workflows, compliance, scheduling, AI in ABA, and PM/RCM tips.
- Create content for newsletters, customer emails, nurture campaigns, and social platforms.
- Maintain a clear, consistent AlohaABA voice.
Customer Stories & Interviews
- Identify top customers and conduct interviews for case studies, testimonials, and spotlight articles.
- Produce video interviews with customers, BCBAs, RBT leaders, and industry partners (remote-first; occasional on-site as needed).
- Create short-form clips from webinars/interviews for LinkedIn and other channels (30–90 seconds).
- Build relationships with providers, BCBAs, and operations leaders to continuously gather real-world stories and insights.
- Turn interviews into written stories, video scripts, and social content.
- Capture and produce product-in-action screen recordings (demo snippets, workflows, how-to clips).
Marketing Assets
- Develop product one-pagers, guides, checklists, and ABA resources.
- Support feature launches with announcements, newsletters, blog posts, and educational content.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with roadmap and customer value.
Community Engagement
- Engage authentically in ABA communities (Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, and Aloha’s own channels)
- Support the creation and growth of Aloha's online communities.
- Work closely with Customer Success to promote educational resources and support adoption.
Requirements
- Former BCBA preferred (or equivalent ABA clinical experience) with strong understanding of how ABA practices operate.
- Proven experience creating and running webinars/online trainings (CEUs a plus).
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident hosting live sessions and speaking on camera.
- Strong interview skills—able to draw out stories, insights, and actionable takeaways from guests.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex operational/RCM workflows.
- Experience hosting webinars, virtual trainings, or CEU-style sessions.
- Comfortable interviewing customers and turning conversations into compelling stories.
- Highly organized: can own calendars, speakers, prep, follow-ups, and deliverables for multiple programs simultaneously.
- Passion for the ABA community and improving provider workflows.
Preferred
- Proficiency in Canva (design + short video production) and modern video tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Descript, Riverside, StreamYard, Zoom).
- 2-5+ years of experience in content marketing, education marketing, or customer-facing communications (ABA, RCM, healthcare, or SaaS)
- Experience running paid CEU programs or education businesses (even as a solo creator).
- Familiarity with ABA billing, audits, authorizations, or payer dynamics.
- Basic comfort with CRM/marketing tools (Zoho/HubSpot), UTM links, and performance tracking.
- Experience with AI tools for writing, editing, or content automation.
-
