Led by Megan Jones and Erica Yuen
Join us for this RBT Ethics PDU exploring the ethical considerations RBTs should keep in mind when facing unfamiliar client needs, new interventions, and other challenges in the field. The session walks through how to use the ethics code and RBT task list to identify potential conflicts, assess ethical dilemmas, and prepare for a collaborative conversation with your supervisor.
Through a realistic vignette, the speakers share practical strategies for handling situations where an RBT is asked to begin services without feeling fully prepared. The discussion covers how to identify the challenge, plan the conversation, communicate respectfully, and follow up with clear next steps to support both the client and the team.
