At AlohaABA, we strive to create innovative technology solutions that simplify our customers' daily operations, enabling them to deliver high-quality care to their patients. Our rapidly growing startup is currently seeking passionate individuals to join our expanding Customer Support team.  

Job Summary:  

AlohaABA, a fast-growing startup, is seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience handling customer tickets and be proficient in using Zoho Suite. If you have prior experience using AlohaABA, that would be a huge plus. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist the Customer Success team with maintaining knowledge bases, reporting bugs, and escalating tickets to ensure our customers receive the best possible support. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers 
  • Manage and prioritize customer tickets using Zoho Suite 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues 
  • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary 
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance customer experience 
  • Assist the Customer Success team with maintaining knowledge bases and creating customer-facing documentation 
  • Report bugs and provide detailed feedback to the development team for prompt resolution 
  • Escalate tickets to the Customer Success team when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 

  

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role 
  • Proficient in using Zoho Suite (Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects) 
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with various software and tools 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Prior experience using AlohaABA is a huge plus 
  • Prior experience in the ABA industry is also a huge plus
